When should I install it?

Does my phone support eSIM?

Most recent iPhones (XS and newer), Samsung Galaxy S and Z models and Google Pixel phones support eSIM. Your phone must also be unlocked. You can check under Settings: if you see “Add eSIM” or “Add mobile plan”, it is supported.

Can I keep my WhatsApp and my normal number?

Yes. The eSIM only gives you data. Your normal SIM and number stay in the phone, and WhatsApp keeps working with your usual number.
