Can I use the eSIM in several cities across India?
Yes. An India plan works across the country wherever the partner networks have coverage. Some plans ask for a quick online ID check before activation; the plan page tells you if this applies.
When should I install it?
Install it a day or two before you fly, while you are on Wi-Fi at home. Then turn the eSIM line on when you land.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most recent iPhones (XS and newer), Samsung Galaxy S and Z models and Google Pixel phones support eSIM. Your phone must also be unlocked. You can check under Settings: if you see “Add eSIM” or “Add mobile plan”, it is supported.
Can I keep my WhatsApp and my normal number?
Yes. The eSIM only gives you data. Your normal SIM and number stay in the phone, and WhatsApp keeps working with your usual number.
